10bet Review 2026: Licence, Bonus and Odds Tested

10bet is an offshore brand: it is not licensed by the GCGRA, and the only online casino licensed in the UAE is Play971. Playing at 10bet from the UAE is therefore outside UAE law. Unlike several brands we have reviewed, though, 10bet’s own terms do not exclude the UAE — its Gulf welcome offer is written for players in the Emirates.

We opened 10bet from a UAE connection on 26 October 2026 through our partner link, read its terms, bonus, complaints and responsible gambling pages, checked its licence against the Curaçao regulator’s register, counted its game studios and recorded the odds of 124 football matches to measure the sportsbook margin. How We Tested 10bet

We tested 10bet from a UAE IP address on 26 October 2026, without opening a real-money account. The partner link opened an Arabic landing page for the CAS2000 offer, and the main site loaded at 10betpremium.com in Arabic. We read the general terms and conditions, the promotion terms on the landing page, the “Accounts, payouts & bonuses”, complaints, KYC and responsible gambling pages, and the promotions page. We read the game-studio bar in the casino and live casino lobbies, searched the lobby for well-known slots, and recorded the 1X2 and over/under odds of 124 matches across eight competitions. Finally, we checked the operator named in the terms against the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s online licence register dated 20 October 2026.

Is 10bet Legal in the UAE?

No. Gambling in the UAE is lawful only through an operator licensed by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), and 10bet holds no GCGRA licence. The only licensed online casino and sportsbook is Play971, open to players aged 21 or over who are physically in the UAE.

Playing at an offshore casino from the UAE is unlicensed gambling. Article 461 of the Crimes and Penalties Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2021) punishes whoever gambles with up to two years in prison or a fine of up to AED 50,000, and a Curaçao licence does not change that. If something went wrong, the complaint route would run through Curaçao, not through any UAE authority.

Does 10bet Accept UAE Players?

Yes, under its own terms. 10bet lists the jurisdictions it does not accept in section 3.1 of its terms and conditions — among them Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, Pakistan, Turkey and Yemen — and the United Arab Emirates is not on the list. The terms of the CAS2000 welcome offer go further: the offer “is available only to customers registered in the following countries: Kuwait, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar”. Who Runs 10bet, and Which Licence?

10bet’s terms name Sunstar Impact N.V., a company established in Curaçao with registered address at Kaya Richard J. Beaujon Z/N and company number 152448, “licensed by the Curacao Gaming Authority under License No. OGL/2024/418/0821”. Payments are handled by Silversphere One Limited, a Cyprus company acting as payment agent.

The licence checks out: the company, number and licence in 10bet’s terms match the Curaçao register exactly, and the licence is one of the new indefinite-term licences issued under Curaçao’s 2024 gaming law. One inconsistency is worth knowing: the marketing text at the bottom of 10bet’s casino page says it is regulated by the Isle of Man Gaming Authority. The terms, the complaints page and the register all say Curaçao, and the terms are what bind you. You can check the register yourself on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s website.

This is the offer we received through our partner link on 26 October 2026, and its terms limit it to customers registered in Kuwait, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar.

The wagering is the heaviest part: because it applies to the deposit and the bonus together, a $100 deposit with a $100 bonus needs $8,000 in bets within 15 days.

The Gulf Offer vs the Standard Welcome

10bet runs two casino welcome offers, and the one you get depends on how you arrive. The standard offer on its promotions page lets new players choose between 50% up to $1,000 and 100% up to $500. The CAS2000 offer, shown to us through our partner link and limited to the six Gulf countries, matches 100% up to $2,000 and adds 200 free spins. For the same $500 deposit, the Gulf offer gives the same $500 bonus as the standard 100% option, plus the spins; above $500, only the Gulf offer keeps matching. Use one or the other — the terms say CAS2000 cannot be combined with any other promotion.

The 200 Free Spins

The free spins are the better half of the offer. You get 200 spins at $0.20 each on Moon Princess, a Play’n GO slot — $40 of play in total. Winnings from them are added to your real-money balance without wagering, up to $400, and the spins must be used within 7 days. That makes the spins worth more than their headline suggests, while the match bonus is worth less.

The bar adds up to about 1,900 games from these studios alone; 10bet’s “over 5,000” figure would include smaller studios and its other categories.

Pragmatic Play and Play’n GO

Two of the best-known slot studios are thin on the ground. Pragmatic Play appeared only as “PP POP”, with 5 games, and Play’n GO with 3 — although the free spins are on Play’n GO’s Moon Princess. A search of the lobby from the UAE returned no results for Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza or Book of Dead, even though a “Gates of Olympus POP” version appeared in the Hot Games row. If those classics are what you want, check the lobby before depositing.

Crash Games and 10bet Originals

The “Blast Zone” row groups crash and instant games: Spribe’s Aviator and Trader, Smartsoft’s JetX, Balloon, CarX, PlinkoX and Crash Duel X, and Jili’s Limbo, Plinko and Mines Cricket. 10bet also has its own “10bet Originals”. 10bet’s live casino is one of its strengths: the live studio bar listed about 360 live games from seven studios — Evolution (104), Ezugi (82), Playtech Live (66), Live88 (45), Microgaming Live (45), Betgames.TV (19) and OneTouch (1).

The lobby is split into blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, game shows and dice, with Evolution’s Crazy Time, Lightning Baccarat, XXXtreme Lightning Roulette and Super Sic Bo among the busiest tables — Crazy Time showed 14,600 players when we looked. Live games count only 0–10% towards the welcome bonus (baccarat 0%, roulette 5%, blackjack 10%), so live players are better off without it. 10bet’s sportsbook covers 40 sports, by its own count, with football, cricket, tennis, basketball and esports at the top. Leagues from the region are listed, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates, alongside the AFC Champions League Two. Bet builder on football and basketball, a multibet bonus and a “Multibet Shield” refund are among the betting tools.

10bet Odds: The Margin We Measured

We recorded the 1X2 and over/under odds of 124 matches on 26 October 2026 and calculated the bookmaker’s margin on each:

The average 1X2 margin was 5.93%, and 6.82% on over/under goals. The standout was the next round of the Premier League: its nine nearest matches carried margins of about 2.7%–3.4% — Chelsea v Man Utd was priced 1.85 / 4.00 / 4.10, a 3.44% margin — while later rounds were back near 6%. If you bet on football, the nearest Premier League matches were where 10bet’s prices were sharpest.

Sports Welcome and Multibets

The sports welcome offer shown on the promotions page was 100% up to $200 with code SPORT100; an older text lower on the same page still mentions a different amount, so rely on the offer card and its terms. The multibet bonus adds a cash boost to winning accumulators — 10% for a five-leg multibet, rising with more legs — up to $5,000.

10bet Payments and Withdrawals

10bet’s offers are in US dollars; we saw no dirham option. Its partner page and casino page list these methods:

10bet accepts seven cryptocurrencies — Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Tron, XRP, Dogecoin and Litecoin — and promotes them heavily, with a separate crypto welcome bonus of 100% up to $1,000 with code CRYPTO on its promotions page. Two points matter before choosing crypto. Its responsible gambling policy states that deposit limits do not apply to crypto deposits, so a limit you set will not stop a crypto top-up. Withdrawal Rules

• Roll over your deposit once, at odds of 1.10 or higher, before any withdrawal.
• €20,000 per 30 days is the maximum withdrawal, or the equivalent in your currency.
• One free card or bank withdrawal per 30 days; further ones may cost €5 each.
• Withdrawals go back to the deposit method, and the name on the card or account must match your 10bet account.
• Extra checks can apply to a first withdrawal, a large withdrawal or a change of payment method.

One contradiction to note: 10bet’s casino page tells crypto players “we will process your withdrawal without any limits”, but its terms set the €20,000 monthly cap. The terms are what apply.

Registration and Verification

Registration asks for your name, mobile number, date of birth and address. 10bet’s terms require verification of age and address before withdrawals:

1. Register with your personal details and choose a username and password.
2. Deposit and enter CAS2000 if you want the Gulf welcome offer.
3. Upload a photo ID — passport, ID card or driving licence.
4. Prove your address and, if asked, ownership of your payment method and your source of funds.

Verifying before your first withdrawal avoids the most common delay. The terms also allow one account per person, household, address and device; a second account can lead to closure.

10bet Account Rules to Know

Most problems at offshore casinos come from rules players did not read. These are the 10bet terms most likely to matter:

None of these is unusual for an offshore operator, but the dormant-account fee and the €5 withdrawal fee are easy to miss.

10bet’s “Download app” page offers an iPhone version that “auto-installs” from the website and an Android APK, which requires allowing installation from unknown sources. Our search of the UAE App Store found no 10bet app, so the iPhone version is installed from 10bet’s own site rather than the store.

Allowing unknown sources on Android lowers your phone’s protection, so if you install the APK, turn the setting off again afterwards and only download from 10bet’s own domain. The Mobile Site

You do not need the app to play on a phone. The mobile site opens with the same CAS2000 banner — “200 spins and up to $2,000 bonus” — and shortcuts to casino, sports and VIP, followed by the same game rows as the desktop lobby. Escalating to the ADR Provider

The ADR step is what sets 10bet apart from the other offshore brands we have reviewed. Only the registered account holder can start it, and the five-day deadline after 10bet’s final decision is short, so keep copies of every message and your original complaint form. You must give the ADR provider all your evidence and answer its questions; a case can be closed if you do not cooperate.

The ADR provider aims to decide within 90 days, and its decision binds 10bet but not you. The Curaçao Gaming Authority itself does not resolve individual complaints. Note that the general terms give one month to complain while the complaints policy gives six months — submit early to be safe.

Responsible Gambling Tools at 10bet

10bet’s responsible gambling policy offers three main tools:

• Cooling-off for 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month or 3 months, during which you can still log in and withdraw.
• Self-exclusion for 1, 3, 5 or 10 years, or for life; it cannot be reversed during the period, and the account does not reopen automatically.
• Deposit limits per day, week or month; stricter limits apply at once, while looser ones wait 24 hours.

How Self-Exclusion Works at 10bet

Self-exclusion at 10bet is strict, which is what it should be. You must withdraw your balance before it is applied, because 10bet will not exclude an account with funds in it. Once applied, it cannot be lifted early, even by a written request, and when it ends the account stays closed until you ask in writing to reopen it. Unsettled bets are still settled, and winnings are credited. The exclusion only covers 10bet, so the policy reminds players to exclude themselves from other sites too.

Two details matter. Deposit limits do not apply to crypto deposits, so a limit only works if you deposit with fiat methods. And before self-excluding you must withdraw your balance first. Accounts with no login for 6 months become dormant and can be charged €5 a month.

Who 10bet Is For

• It fits players who want a verifiable licence and a complaints route, live casino players, and football bettors who compare prices.
• It does not fit anyone who wants to play legally in the UAE, players who want dirham accounts, or slot players looking for Pragmatic Play classics.

10bet is the most transparent of the offshore brands we have reviewed so far. Its licence checks out on the Curaçao register, its terms accept UAE players, its complaints procedure ends with an independent ADR provider, and its live casino and football prices are strong. What holds it back is the bonus — 40× on deposit plus bonus, with a 5× cap — and withdrawal rules that include a €20,000 monthly limit and slow card payouts.
