Rabona Review 2026: Games, Bonus and Licence Tested

Rabona is not licensed by the GCGRA, and the only online casino licensed in the UAE is Play971. Playing at Rabona from the UAE is therefore outside UAE law. Its own terms do not list the UAE among excluded countries, and its site loads in Arabic with US-dollar accounts for UAE visitors.

We opened Rabona from a UAE connection on 26 October 2026 through our partner link and read the parts that decide whether a casino can be trusted: who runs it, the bonus and withdrawal rules, and how complaints are handled. We also counted its full game catalogue through the site’s own game list and recorded the odds of 55 football matches. Last updated: 26 October 2026.

How We Tested Rabona

We tested Rabona from a UAE IP address on 26 October 2026, without opening a real-money account. The partner link opened the promotions page on a numbered mirror, rab0na-5702.com, in Arabic; the site identified our country as the UAE and set the currency to US dollars. We read the General Terms and Conditions (version 1.12, updated 19 August 2026), the bonus terms of the casino, live casino and crypto welcome offers, the privacy notice, the responsible gaming page and the payments page with the UAE selected. We loaded the full game list the site serves to UAE visitors — 12,699 entries, 12,676 unique games — and recorded the 1X2 odds of 55 matches in the five biggest European leagues. Finally, we checked whether Rabona appears on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s licence register of 20 October 2026.

Is Rabona Legal in the UAE?

No. Gambling in the UAE is lawful only through an operator licensed by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), and Rabona holds no GCGRA licence. The only licensed online casino and sportsbook is Play971, open to players aged 21 or over who are physically in the UAE.

Playing at an offshore casino from the UAE is unlicensed gambling. Article 461 of the Crimes and Penalties Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2021) punishes whoever gambles with up to two years in prison or a fine of up to AED 50,000. With Rabona, there is also no foreign regulator named that a complaint could go to.

Does Rabona Accept UAE Players?

Yes, under its own terms. Section 2.3 of Rabona’s General Terms lists its “Excluded Jurisdictions” — among them the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Israel, Iran, Cyprus, Malta and Curaçao — and the United Arab Emirates is not on the list. Section 7.5 bars residents of Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia from promotions; the UAE is not there either. The site’s own country check returned “AE” for our visit and set the currency to US dollars. That is a commercial choice by the operator, not permission under UAE law. Who Runs Rabona, and Which Licence?

We could not find out. Rabona’s General Terms refer only to “the Company operating the Website”, without naming it, and section 14 says disputes “shall be settled in accordance with the applicable Law” without saying which law. The privacy notice calls the operator “the Data Controller” and refers to “Rabona and its direct and indirect subsidiaries”, again without a company name or address. The footer reads “2026 © Rabona.com All rights reserved.” and carries no licence seal or validation link.

This is the main weakness of Rabona. A licence does not make an offshore casino legal in the UAE, but it does give players a named company and a regulator that can be held to account. Rabona offers neither on its site. Before depositing anywhere, ask support in writing which company and licence your account would be held under, and keep the answer.

With wagering on deposit and bonus together, a $100 deposit with a $100 bonus needs $7,000 in bets within 10 days.

Live Casino and Crypto Welcome Offers

Live players can take 100% up to $250 instead, from a $10 deposit, with 40× wagering on deposit and bonus in 10 days — but only bets on the listed “Gold Saloon” tables count. The crypto welcome bonus is the largest: 200% up to 3,000 USDT from a 100 USDT deposit, also with 40× deposit plus bonus in 10 days and a $100-equivalent maximum bet. Only one welcome bonus can be active at a time, and activating another cancels the first with its winnings.

Rabona has the largest catalogue we have reviewed. The game list the site loaded for our UAE visit contained 12,676 unique games from 125 studios, of which 9,837 are slots, 760 bonus-buy games, 1,074 jackpot games and 447 live games; 11,304 have a demo version. The biggest studios were Spinomenal (815 games), Playtech (686), Foxi (539), Yggdrasil (515), VoltEnt (429), Amusnet (389) and Hacksaw Gaming (358).

Which Big Studios Are Missing From the UAE

Size is not the whole story. Several of the best-known studios do not appear in the catalogue served to the UAE: Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Red Tiger, Nolimit City and Big Time Gaming. Searching the list, we found no Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Book of Dead, Big Bass, Starburst or Mega Moolah, and no Crazy Time. Aviator is available. Tools include Bet Mentor (which suggests bets for a stake you enter), booking codes, boosted odds on bet builders and an early-payout offer when your team goes two goals ahead.

Rabona Odds: The Margin We Measured

We recorded the 1X2 odds of 55 matches in the five biggest European leagues on 26 October 2026 and calculated the margin on each:

The average was 6.88%, higher than the 5.93% we measured at 10bet the same day. The gap was widest in the Premier League: Chelsea v Manchester United was priced 1.85 / 3.80 / 3.75 at Rabona, a 7.04% margin, against 3.44% at 10bet. Football bettors get noticeably lower prices at Rabona.

Crypto offers the widest choice and the highest limits; card and bank deposits are capped lower. Neteller and Skrill deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonuses.

Registration and Verification

Rabona’s registration asks for your email, date of birth, country, phone number, gender, full name and address. Its terms allow it to verify you at any time, including by phone call or face verification:

1. Register with your personal details; one account per person.
2. Deposit and activate a welcome bonus if you want one, before betting.
3. Upload ID and proof of address when asked, usually before the first withdrawal.
4. Complete any extra checks — a call, face verification or source-of-funds documents.

Verifying before you request a withdrawal avoids the most common delay. The terms also forbid selling, transferring or buying accounts.

Rabona VIP Levels

Rabona’s VIP programme has five levels — Beginner, Amateur, Professional, World Class and Legend. The first two give on-site promotions and 24/7 live chat; Professional adds personalised offers, higher withdrawal limits and cashback; World Class and Legend add a personal VIP manager.

The most practical benefit is the higher withdrawal limit, which grows from $7,000 to $20,000 a month. Because levels are recalculated over 90 days, the higher limits only last while you keep playing.

Rabona on Mobile

Rabona works in a phone browser, and its footer offers a “Create Shortcut” option that adds the site to your home screen. We found no Rabona casino app in the UAE App Store; the only app named “Rabona” there belongs to an unrelated developer. Because the site moves between numbered mirror domains, a shortcut may need recreating when the address changes.

Rabona Customer Support and Complaints

Rabona offers live chat from every page and email at support@rabona.com. Complaints follow its own procedure:

1. Contact support by email or live chat.
2. Send a written complaint to complaints@rabona.com from your registered email, with “COMPLAINT” in the subject, your username, full name, a summary and the dates involved.
3. Receive a decision from its Complaints Resolution Committee within 10 days, or longer for complex cases.

After that, section 13.8 points unhappy players to a third-party complaints website rather than to a regulator or an approved dispute service — consistent with the absence of a named licence. Compared with 10bet, which sends unresolved complaints to a dispute provider certified by the Curaçao regulator, that is a much weaker safety net.

Responsible Gaming at Rabona

Rabona’s responsible gaming page is thin. It offers self-exclusion by emailing support@rabona.com, a self-test of 13 questions and links to GamCare and Gamblers Anonymous. It does not describe deposit limits, cooling-off periods or reality checks, and it states that preventing new accounts after self-exclusion is “the player’s sole responsibility”.
